What fun! It was a wild Sunday afternoon in ancient old Sioux
City Auditorium. Right down there with the mud and the blood and the beer,
were the Tryons. Harley-Davidsons rolling around during warm ups and
introductions. JJ almost getting into a fight BEFORE the game started. Cheap-O
Larry picked out the seats, right behind the only pole in the auditorium. What a
bunch of Saps!! Reminded me of the old Sodrac Park Greyhound days (with
Ray and Bill) cheering at the finish line with the Indians, Blacks and the
Tryons.....It was wild. Todd really played well and a lot. Every play on defense
(CB) and quite a bit filling in on offense. (WR) Todd even snapped the ball on
kicking situations. Lynn started, but I think had to be told what to do on
each play. When they FINALLY threw the ball his way. Wham!! TOUCHDOWN!!
All in attendance agreed that to win, they need to give the ball more to those
Tryons out there. Warren, Larry, Dick, Jerry, Jerilyn, Tam, Max, Terry Peters
and Tyler were there and I am probably leaving some out. Oh, Brett drove over
